Since moving to Mineral Point in southwest Wisconsin, I have been entranced with the beauty of the big skies and rolling terrain of the Driftless area. Each season has its own palette and light and as the season changes, I look forward to the richness of the next. I have been particularly drawn to Winter. Snows stay clean and reflect the skies in a way I had never witnessed.Textures are in higher contrast and shadows are saturated. I am in love with this new surround and its beauty.
